There are many attributes to green construction, such as energy conservation, water preservation, waste management, pollution reduction, conservation of non-renewable resources, and the list goes on. Among these attributes, however we would say, the most important of all is the harmony of green construction with the surrounding natural and human environment. If building in Europe would require paying utmost attention to minimizing energy consumption and maximizing generation of clean energy, in deserts of Central Asia on the other hand, the main emphasis should be on water conservation. While in big metropolitan areas, the number one consideration on the list should be the minimization of pollution, traffic, and resource consumption, the list of priorities in rural areas might be different. To paraphrase, SEPID has a unique solution for each project. SEPID team has the versatility to adapt the project outcome to the requirements of the surrounding environment.
